Below the girl's face is a sizzling hotplate, and Annette threatens to push the girl's face down into it unless she takes this huge dildo up her a-hole. Laing was in more of a pickle than i recalled. her hands weren't bound behind her, her arms were extended out to each side and she was balancing shot glasses of whiskey on them. so not only was her face close to the hotplate, if she spilled a drop of whiskey from either shot glass as she was taking the dildo up her backdoor, hello faceplate. what a scene. and what a movie. by comparison, i find just about 100% of today's porn to be a joke (a bad one). can you think of any scene over the past 10, 20 years that stays with you like that scene? or like the Lesllie Bovee machine room scene in "Femmes de Sade?" one of the hottest ever; talk about staying power: 30-plus years and it still knocks the socks off anything shot anymore. i think gonzo was the beginning of the end of good porn. took savvy, skilled directors out of the equation and gave any schmuck with a $1500 camera the false belief that they could make porn. today's porn is antiseptic. about as appealing as biology experiments. no connection or electricity between the performers. no heat, anticipation, allure. just a bunch of sticks and pin cushions getting themselves off. not each other, just themselves.
