Registering the Trademark can wait, because once you've purchased the domain name and shot your first scene, you've used the name in commerce. When you register, you probably want to include some artwork, etc. BUT... if you eliminated the "What the fuck?" factor from girls deciding to shoot porn, the flood of hot girls entering the business would slow to a trickle.
