Trying to buy an out-of-print sentimental favorite, naturally the sellers on ADM only sell within the US.

SO, parcel forwarding service (which ADM hates, I know,) sign up, annnnd... can't make an ADM profile with billing and shipping addresses in different countries, but I can't use a credit card without the billing address matching what the bank has. ADM customer service basically replied with "it is what it is."

Is there a solution I'm missing? I know from browsing around I'm not the first person to run into this. The whole internet is a global marketplace, except for this.

I *have* looked at temporary credit cards, but a lot of the services that would be ideal are also only available to American clients. I'd be left paying crazy fees and signed up for semi-permanent service for something I can't imagine ever needing ever again.

All I can think of is finding an appropriate place to ask an anonymous friendly American to buy the DVD and put it on ebay (at a reasonable markup, because they should get to wet their beak, too) slap a fresh shipping label on, and send it along. Bit of a gamble. But I'm out of ideas.
