On 3/31/2005 Lasersedge shipped 3 DVD's to me which I still didn't receive. In a way it's my fault because I forgot to mention in my order that I didn't want the cases, just the discs and artwork. Sending the cases with the package only makes the risk bigger as in more attractive for the thieves who work at the postoffice.

This is very depressing for sure!

I recently ordered a DVD box set and another DVD, both mainstream, from Lasersedge and many months later I still haven't received them. I E-mailed them and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

I've reordered the same DVDs from Amazon.com, which shipped them almost instantly. Lasersedge often has stuff on backorder for ages and had taken a few months to get them before sending them in the big black hole of the postal system...

I think I will stop using them in future unless they're the only one to carry an adult title I want, one thing is for sure, I won't order any mainstream DVDs from them anymore.

Ramsey - don't kick yourself too much over the no cases as my laste two orders from Lasersedge came with the cases even though I'd requested that they weren't sent. Second order was left outside the front dooe until I got home from work at 20:00. Really surprised the package didn't go AWOL!

Same thing happened to me last year with Lasersedge. Placed an order, it didn't arrive, I emailed them and got the same response as you. I haven't used them since.

I'm having some bad luck recently with ordering.

1. Lasersedge package missing.
2. FiveStarDVD forgets to send me a boxcover.
3. I'm waiting for 2 months for Flixes to send me my order.
4. No coupons for weeks now at AdultDVDNow.

Update:

1. Lasersedge package still missing.
2. It seems one movie I bought at FivestarDVD had a hardcover and they could not send this box by global priority envelope shipping. They will send it to me once they get the movie back in stock. Great work Ethan :-)
3. I sent an e-mail to Flixes about my order and they have confirmed they won't get the movie in-stock so I asked for a full refund on my creditcard for $150 which they credited two months ago.
4. Today a coupon was released by AdultDVDNow, cool :-)
