So I don't know if she meant the end of March, or the end of April. I don't think it will cause her to be any less beautiful. My opinion is that it is just not necessary. Either way, if it makes a lady happy, I think it's cool. I just hope ladies know that many guys love natural breasts over fake ones. Only get them for yourself. I don't know about all girls, but I have known many girls who have gotten implants, and all of the guys in their lives told them not to do it. I think alot of times it just boils down to how a girl wants to feel about herself. I have heard some girls say that yeah, they know their breast are fine like they are, but they can't stand to be next to a girl who has larger breasts. Ohhh. Just think if it wasn't for modern technology none of this would be possible and just like everyone else that can't afford it they'd have to work with what they got. As far as pornstars go in the end we have to be practical and let them get all the plastic surgery,etc they want cuz after all they are selling an image! Is there more of a market for fuller breasts in that line of work? Alana has lovely little titties , and they served her well through her porn career. I don't know, when I am in Michigan, I always make a point to go to Deja Vu(I know they have them in other states, but I travel to Michigan frequently). I've only been to strip clubs in Texas, Illinois, and Michigan, but Deja Vu's in Michigan are by far the hottest most "hands on" that I've seen. Anyway, even there I still prefer dances from the natural breasted ladies, but I also remember how big of a crowd was at PT's in San Antonio on my eighteenth birthday(ten years ago, today actually) when Pandora Peaks was featuring. Alana has stated in interviews that she has had the operation scheduled before but "chickened out" If she truly, really wanted them "for herself"...this wouldn't be likely to happen. She wouldn't keep cancelling (albeit, maybe a moot point now). Early on, I stated there was clearly pressure from Extreme Associates for her to get them. When I suggested this was the case on an another forum years ago, a personal attack was launched against me. I can only speculate that the reason was this person was trying to "protect" friends. Either that or possibly they viewed me as attacking the industry and a threat to their livelihood. The person who did this is the only one who truly knows why they took that course of action. Regardless, it was my credibility that was assaulted. Yet I've seen Alana state: "Rob was really upset when I didn't get implants." and in an interview Rog did with Tom Byron, he said: "Rob kind of ran his mouth about her not getting a tit job." But seriously, there is a functional difference in having a bigger penis. The difference in breast size is about aesthetics and a larger penis is more filling, physically. In both cases, self image is a big part of the emotional need for bigger parts. [Link]

If the same agents, directors and producers pulled the same kind of stunts and headgames on men that they have on women...then yes, it would happen big time. If the same kind of insidious marketing by the cosmetic surgery industry that has "mainstreamed" breast implants - portraying them as "safe", "scarless", "harmless" and all the other self-serving myths presented via their partners in crime in the media - then yes, it would become a craze much in the same manner for men. However, need them or not, I think if male implants were feasible, they would be just as big a problem as boob implants. As with boob implants, necessity is not the driving factor.
