As I recall, I think the teacher answered by saying that when someone swallows semen, it reacts no differently than anything else ingested by the human body. I think I also remember her mentioning that semen is either comprised mostly of sugar, or it is just very high in sugar. In any case, the main point she was making was that swallowing semen is no different than swallowing any other food that is high in sugar and protein, which I'm sure gave many of the guys in the class a ready-made perfect excuse to use on girlfriends and other female prospects: "Baby, what't the problem? You heard what the teacher said. This is actually good for you." I probably would have used it if I were actually getting laid at the time. But I digress. So, I guess there's no danger if it's healthy and a normal amount. But like anything else, overindulging in it can possibly have adverse effects.
