Just curious if anyone had bought stuff from them and what your experiences were. An order I made somehow managed to get submitted even before I provided cc information. How bizarre! Their shipping rates and some of their prices look good.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Laser's Edge. I have bought from them many times. Their prices are always great. When things have been on backorder, they have always been fulfiled pretty quickly.

I've ordered from them once and they were good. All items were well packed and shipped quickly.
They also have a sale on all Nutech and Sunshine dvd's right now. $12.99 each!

Thought I would provide an update on my buying experience with Laser's Edge. The 3 items I purchased were backordered but were shipped out 4 days later and are en route. I received e-mail notification at each stage of the process (order received, backordered, and shipped). The rep on the phone was polite and helpful. Prices are competitive. I have since placed a larger order with them. The only drawback of their website is the lack of information on each title and whether the item is in stock.

I just ordered from Laser's Edge for the first time last week. Their customer service is definitely fast and friendly. I accidently bounced my credit card. After I fixed the problem, they quickly submitted my credit card again and sent out my order as soon as possible. Overall, a positive experience.
