Has anyone had any problems dealing with GlobalFlix.com? I recently won an ebay auction for a DVD from them. They sent me a link to a web form to fill out, which I did.

They then sent me an email detailing everything, where I noticed that I had specified the incorrect state (MI instead of MN). I sent them an email right away letting them know about the error, but I never heard anything back from them. It's been about 2 weeks now, and I haven't received my DVD yet

I realize that the mistake was my fault, and maybe it was too late for them to fix the shipping label, but it would have been nice for them to send me an email and let me know.

I was really looking forward to that 500 cumshot compilation too!!

We ship the same day or next day after receiving payment, so the package is lost in the postal system. Please email me with your correct address and we will ship again. Thank you. Todd

joeblow69, I've only ordered once from Globalflix, but the response you just got from them (replying, not losing it in the mail) is the same service they gave me. Great company!

Boy, do I feel stupid! Just finished corresponding with Todd from GlobalFlix, and it turns out that he wasn't even the seller of that auction!

I had confused it with another auction that I did place with GlobalFlix (that went very smoothly, btw).

So here I am with egg all over my face (I supposed that's better than cum all over my face!)

My apologizes to GlobalFlix for any harm I may have caused them. They certainly seem to be a class act.

'Evil' might be a little too harsh. (Stores not affiliated with ADT are not 'evil' by default.) Let's be sure who it is before dragging any other stores through the mud.

Oh no he's right they are evil. (Don’t mind me I'm cranky)

Globalflix is one of the best group of guys. They really try hard to get their orders filled, and care about their customers.

Well, I'm still not sure. The email address isn't from adultdvd2000, but they have a big ad on the auction for adultdvd2000, and a couple of links to adultdvd2000's website.

I sent them another email, so hopefully, they will respond soon.
