While I do realize that although it's not a common topic on this board, adult comics and art has always been a big interest of mine, and just recently I discovered there are like-minded fans on this forum who share this interest.
I was just curious because I saw over in the JJV thread, a couple recent posters suggested Jules consider using Pit's comics as a basis for an IR flick. As not only a big fan of Pit's work, but a partner, naturally I thought this sounded like a great idea. And as it turned out, Jules reported having interest in collaborating with the Pit.
Anyways, I just wanted to let any other fans out there know that Pit has just recently joined the social media circuit, and you can follow updates at TheOfficialPit.tumblr.com
Here's a few SFW pieces that should be within the policy guidelines:

Any feedback here is welcome and I can relay that to Pit personally. Just letting folks know and welcoming any comments and suggestions.

Mind Control Comics is a favorite of mine. Some of the comics have breast expansion, and all of them have women being seduced and dominated through Hypnosis or Mind Control. Not to mention the fact that the author tells some really great stories. Check it out of you're inclined--you won't be sorry.

Wow! I'm a fan of comics and comic art and this guy is great. Exaggerated bodies that look sexy without pushing it to where where it just starts to look weird. He knows anatomy well enough to know what to and how to exaggerate. I'm going to seek out his work for sure. Thanks.

Yeah, I've seen some of their comics before. They have at least one really good artist over there whose work I dig, not sure of the artist's name though. But they commission a lot of different artists, some working in traditional, and others working in 3D.
Funny you should mention the expansion and hypno themes, as these are actually some topics which Pit has mentioned being interested in recently. There may be something in store along those lines from Pit. =)

I wonder if you can post some of the hardcore images. The reason hardcore pics aren't allowed on the forum are because of the Federal 2257 record keeping requirements for shooting live models. There are no live models in the Pit's comics so theoretically they could be hosted on the site without any fear of legal repercussions. Does Janitor care to weigh in?

I was a Member some years ago, I liked his style and Stormbringer's stories but at one point he ceased to produced and I gave up, not sure he continued , also I don't thin JJV would be the place for his work it is very fetished to say the least

Thanks everyone for checking in and commenting.
Mine too!
Interesting. I won't test it though unless a Mod gives approval. But that would be really interesting. Are boobs allowed? I always seem to forget the rules here, even though I'm a regular. I could swear nudity is permitted, just not penetration?
Got some new stuff to share soon. =)
Well just stay tuned. Also Jules was in discussions with Pit very recently about potentially collaborating and producing something. Just preliminary talks so far, but you never know what the surprises the future may hold.

I wouldn't post the hardcore images not because of our image policy but because in this case, unlike porn stills, the hardcore images are the moneymaker for the artist.
With porn stills, they get you excited about watching the video. So it's different.
In other words, please don't post the hardcore images, for the artist's sake. Thanks everyone.

^^ Just nudity should be fine. I think killbill is right about hardcore though, we don't want to cut into the artist's business.

I hear what you're saying and appreciate the concern, so thank you and Mr. F for that. =)
However this is actually how I'm helping promote him. As a partner, he's aware of what I've posted on various media, and I'd only post what he has shared himself, or what is already being used to advertise his work.
I do animations of his work, many examples have been posted on Hentai-foundry, with express permission by the owner.
I just may post some occasional old examples, but also there's some exciting new stuff he wants me to help him share. Such as this:

And please, if you're a fan and you'd like to help show support for Pit, spread the word on Twitter about TheOfficialPit.tumblr.com or reblog some posts on Tumblr. It's very much appreciated.

I do like the pair in the upper pic--they could be mother and daughter strippers, and I do not have a problem with that. The bottom character is especially nice--she looks like someone out of real life. Pit does some really great stuff--puts me in mind of Bill Ward, who was also famous for drawing super-busty women, especially in the hardcore strips he did for Club magazine. I'm sure Pit knows his work.
While I have no problem with interracial porn, I do have a problem with some of the tropes which seem to be associated with it, like "White Guy Gets Severely Humiliated" and "White Girl Gets Severely Ravaged." To my mind there's no reason why sex should end in misery for one or more of the parties involved. Everyone should have a good time, whether it's African-Americans fucking Caucasians, or vice versa, or Asians fucking Caucasians and/or African-Americans or vice versa. (Three words: Hardcore Geisha Girls.)
I would certainly encourage Pit to do some Hypnosis-themed pinups/comic stories--to my mind there isn't enough of that in adult entertainment, online or elsewhere. Perhaps a man could Hypnotize his fiancee to be the entertainment at his bachelor party, or a man could Hypnotize his date to make her believe his dick is larger than it actually is. Or a man could use his extra-large cock to Hypnotize his date, as Bill Ward did in some of his hardcore comics.
Another thing I'd like to see are pinups and comic stories with busty celebrities and porn stars. I think there are more than a few interracial fans who would love to see Ice-T and his wife Coco naked and going at it hard and heavy. And I would love to see hardcore nudes of Jennifer Love Hewitt, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Naturi Naughton, Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez--to name but a few. And for porn stars, there's the real-life version of some of Pit's characters, Kayla Kleevage--not to mention Minka, Hitomi Tanaka, Bridgette B, Taylor Wane, Kimberly Kupps, Maserati XXX, Luxury Amore, and legends like Vanessa Del Rio, Christy Canyon, Ebony Ayes, Domonique Simone and Seka--again, to name but a few.
I hope that helps--I'm definitely looking forward to more of Pit's work.

wcw, thanks for your input. I'm also a fan of Ward's work. He was quite the prolific titan of classic adult comics and pinups. It's fun to read up on pioneers like him and Stanton. Julius Zimmerman is another champion for busty babe portraits.
It's coincidental that you suggest Pit do a take on Coco for a pinup. I was just suggesting her myself. As it turns out, according to the entry on her official website, she's a fan of his work too!

And here's a cool pinup I wanted to share which is topical given all the ongoing Star Wars hype:

I love his work. I just wish he'd put out an actual physical comicbook. The online stuff is great but I'd like to have something of his I can hold in my hands. I know that's kinda old fashion thinking but I'm a comicbook reader and that's how I like my comics.

I'd like he finally starts doing aka finishing the Summer's pool party comic.
He made two comics one is finished, not 100% sure bout the other one, think it is but won't bet on it while he started working on the third one that is happening in between the 2 and stoped working on it all of a sudden.

Thanks for the input, Draxxx! I'll relay that for Pit to consider. I definitely understand the appeal for a physical print, that's how I got the great Kevin Taylor's last book, Girl: The Second Coming vol 4. Perhaps in the future Pit can do a deal with a publisher like NBM Publishing or another adult comic press company. I would bet they would be interested.
How would you feel about a calendar? That's another cool idea we've been considering.
I also know Pit has a passion for other physical craft as well, and sometimes makes sculptures. I think it would be really cool to get a figurine/doll based on his design. Imagine something like Lowbeam and Kitty figures.

I got you. Pit has created over half a dozen different comics, with several more smaller mini-comics. 4 of them combine for a total of over 300 pages. So on average, that's 75 pages per comic. Traditionally, most comics are about 20-25 pages. So keep in mind 4 of Pit's most popular comics are 3 times larger than the typical comic.
We all have favorites, and want to see more. Rest assured, Pit is busy with various ongoing projects, and lots of really cool new stuff. I've seen some amazing previews Pit has made me privy too. Next level stuff!
I'm real excited to share some previews here soon. Stay tuned to that Tumblr.
I'm also currently working on a subtle animation for a new totally bodacious bimbo by Pit.

Very surprised he hasn't printed up some comics, some prints, some calendars, and such and do some of the comic conventions. There are so many cons these days. I'm sure his stuff would move well and he'd really grow his fanbase. Although, calendars might not be such a great idea. It's only got a shelf life of about a year. A sketchbook would be a better option.

Cool stuff. I like Robin Bougie's zine, Cinema Sewer. The covers often feature other peoples' work and are almost always super cool. I love the artwork on his first volume of Graphic Thrills:

I love this shit/The Pit too. John Persons is really amazing. I fnind these artwrks both funny and arousing. But more of a turn-on than comical, really. I just don't know how it can be made it a real porn production. I feel that would be quite the challenge. Maybe even impossible.

Yeah, definitely a challenge. But it's something Pit and I are working on. Like I said, Pit has been getting engaged in next level stuff, exploring new mediums, and even shared some amazing previews with me that I am super excited to share. It really blew me away because I had no idea he was even working in that format.
I don't want to give too much away, so I'll just say please stay tuned to that Tumblr blog I linked above.

I'm not familiar with Robin but that's a really cool idea. Thanks for sharing. I just took a moment to check out the cinemasewer.storenvy and there's some really cool books there. =)
That coloring book also reminded me of a story that caught my eye recently. Something about "Coloring books for adults!" or some headline I saw on Yahoo news feed. It actually just turned out to be about the resurgence in interest of coloring books amongst adult communities, like sewing circles and other craft oriented groups for adults or what have you. But they were just talking about regular, SFW garden variety coloring books. I was expecting actual adult content. lol
I wouldn't be surprised if they secretly ordered their own Robin Bougie coloring book. Those are the groups I'd want to know more about. But that would be too "unseemly" to share with Yahoo news. ^__^
Which also reminds me about this one diary a female friend of mine told me about which she and her girlfriends in middle/high school shared. I guess that made it more of a journal than a diary, as it was a joint document. She told me they would share stories in it and sexual drawings. I wonder how many other girls did stuff like that. Probably lots, if not most. But that creativity and enthusiasm is what captured my attention.
Honestly I'm sure there's overlap appeal there, so I really like the idea. Maybe very niche, but that's what I'm into! What some call niche, I call untapped potential.

^ What your friend told you resembles activities I and almost every other chick I know partook in. How do people think slash fiction happened? That's why the perennial media coverage saying something along the lines of "women are interested in porn!" or "women are writing porn!" make me roll my eyes.

You've got to procure one such dirty communal diary, scan it, and upload it for great justice! With permission of course. I reckon you could redact the names to protect the innocent (or not so innocent).
The one my friend Samantha told me about sounded like the Holy Grail of hilarity and sexual hijinks. She didn't give away too many details, but it alluded to a collection of awkward sex stories (like those in Cosmo) with their comical cartoon illustrations, keepsakes like ticket stubs, and ads for sex toys they got.
Mostly I'm into the artistic and imaginative side.
All I can do is envision stuffy old hoity-toity types gasping, some vested paragon of virtue's monocle popping out at those headlines, "Scandalous!"
But you're absolutely right. When it comes to fiction, which is to say ideas, I think women are way ahead of the curve and have been for quite some time. I was in a thread dedicated to the Blacked.com site, in which a rep from that site was actually taking feedback, and almost all the guys were coming up with was "get this girl" or "get that girl" or "more anal", etc. Typical demands, not really imaginative or creative, or even all that constructive. However, someone did submit some actual ideas and scenario suggestions which were fairly elaborate and evocative, and these are the type I actually do find to be constructive. And of course it had to be a woman posting it. As it turned out, Blacked actually did apparently take a couple of her ideas and I found the results to be among the most innovative scenes they'd made.
One was the basis for the setup to the Cassidy Klein scene, where she spies her sister making love to Rob Piper. This was a novel approach for a scene because it actually featured sex which wasn't the main sex scene. It was cleverly edited and I wondered why producers didn't think this way before, by you know, actually shooting it like a real story with different parts to it. Now, however people feel about Cassidy (I think she's great) or the resultant sex between her and Rob, it can't be disputed that this was the most novel setup for a scene that the brand had tried yet, and I still think it's definitely one of the best in terms of background/setup.
This is the type of thinking we need more of, and I think what will bridge the gap between mainstream and prohibitively NSFW fare. I feel like there's still so much untapped potential, and that's what excites and motivates me.

Hey, guys. I'm seeing about adding a smiley to the current available assortment. Since it is animated, I can't really embed it here, but here's a link to check it out:

It's basically a tiny version of a animation I did for PIT a couple months ago (sans watermark) which seems to be pretty popular on his Tumblr:

Working closely with PIT I have his permission for this, so I think it would just be a cool, free contribution to this forum, and just something simple and fun to use.

I actually prefer his non-hardcore stuff as it reminds me so much of classic pin-up and cheesecake images.
Tom of Finland is amazing too. I think his queer content has ironically led to him being embraced and respected in ways other 'dirty comics' aren't (with the exception of R. Crumb).
Robin Bougies stuff is great, his explicit comic series Sleazy Slice is worthwhile, particularly the first few issues that have some excellent work by Josh Simmons too.
There's a good piece here about erotic comics, including some of the great stuff Joe Shuster (of Superman fame) and Dan Decarlo (Archie) did that has been collected and is worth picking up.

I'm trying to see about getting an interview for Pit with any outlet or publication interested in the world of adult comics / erotic art. Or at least get Pit more exposure. I feel like the way so much of it flirts with controversial themes sort of keeps it still a "hush hush" or taboo subject, even more than the garden variety adults-only fare. But I think ironically this is also a contributing component to the formula that has garnered him such a rabid following.
Since going independent at the beginning of this year, we weren't sure how many followers he could get to come along and support him on Patreon. He's been doing adult comics and pinups for over 7 years, but not until very recently has Pit tried establishing himself on social media. So there wasn't really any way to guarantee retaining his following. But since finally embarking into social media for the first time, starting last summer, he's got over 10,000 followers on Tumblr and Hentai-Foundry.
Twitter is where he needs the most support now, and I've been trying to help by retweeting him. That's why I'd really appreciate any fans here if they could retweet any of his tweets.
Just doing google image searches brings back literally tens of thousands of uses of his artwork all over the internet. Irritatingly, even frustratingly, many of these unauthorized uses attribute the artist credit to JohnPersons instead of the Pit. They mistake the JohnPersons.com watermark for the actual artist credit. So while it's bad enough that so many people have mass-ripped-and-posted his work without permission, that's not really the main concern right now. What is most important now is giving credit where it is due and I'm trying to make sure people know who to credit for all that wonderfully hot and exciting art.
Anyway, the list of celebrity, famous model, and pornstar endorsements of his work has been growing, including but not limited to:
Nicole "Coco" Austin, Ice-T's bombshell wife
Jenny Poussin, French-Canadian fitness model
Darla Crane, one of the famous pornstars who inspired Pit to do pinups in the first place
Summer Brielle, mentioned in prior post
And recently I saw a popular vlogger, Tara Babcock tweet out a link to Pit's work saying she finds it hot and visually pleasing.
https://twitter.com/TaraBabcock/status/703657492551602177
https://twitter.com/TaraBabcock/status/703657492551602177
If you're not familiar with Tara, she's a popular vlogger on Youtube. Her channel is worth checking out. She's hot, but also more than a pretty face and pair of tits. She actually has some good taste and insight. I like her sex-positive demeanor.
And apparently she's pushing the boundaries of what Youtube's policy allows. I swear I just saw her bare her ass in one of her video.
If you go check her out on Youtube, put a comment and tell her @PITerotic brought you there. Anyone who is into girls won't regret it.

Thanks for responding Draxxx. Here's the thing about Pit. He's been doing comics professionally for over 7 years. And only just recently, as in not even a year ago, did he decide to venture to public platforms. He started with Hentai-Foundry where he got a couple thousands followers. The finally started a Tumblr, and just a month ago started on Twitter.
You're right that Facebook is the biggest social media out there, by far. But I think he's reluctant to go there for whatever reasons. It's definitely under advisement, but he's just taking baby steps for now. And also, while Facebook is the largest social media platform, it's not necessarily the best for adults-only content, hence so few XXX creators rely on it.
You are correct and I appreciate the tip. Maybe we can figure out a way to branch out there, and honestly, I would like to do that. I think it can only help. Maybe he can just promote the clothed versions of his pinups. He does have a good amount of SFW creations where the babes are clothed. I believe it can work, it will just take a little while. But I will run it by him. Thx

^ Yes, it's great. And me too. America has only just managed to acknowledge gay people on its postage stamps. I don't think we will ever have a celebration of the United States finest erotic artists.

Does Pit do any sort of superhero themed work? Superheroes are hot right now and the kind of costumes they wear would make for some great pin-ups. It might not be a good idea to do copyrighted well know characters but perhaps some original creations?

Well there is a Power Girl pinup in this thread. He's also done Superman with Power Girl and Super-girl in a 3-way. I would post it here but they don't allow penetration/penises here.
