The original tread is here. I just found out about this coincidentially yesterday; and I am still quite puzzled. Somehow, however, I suspect this is another attempt to punch re-surging Ana/Diabolic in the stomach.
apparently she's still quite active in the business and has been performing scenes for many companies. i've seen boxcovers for a few (other than Anabolic) so that much must be true. on several messageboards there are some back and forth arguments over whether Vicky herself lied about the incident or Robert Ferrera. in all of the debate the only question is WHO lied, not whether it was truth or a lie, so it *seems* to be that the whole "rape" story was BS. publicity stunt maybe?
on a related note, it turns out that she's actually 37 years old (and in some pics looks it, not that she looks bad) despite rumors that she told Anabolic and others she was 27.
that is reading a presumption of guilt into the situation. If there were any actual charges filed against Ana/Dia by the performer then the scene would count as evidence. Have any formal charges been made? If not then that to should tell you something.

I disagree if the "evidence" is caught on videotape. As I said in the previous thread, at least I think I did....if the performer was indeed raped, then the parties involved at Ana/Dia should be prosecuted to the fullest but Vicky has to come forward and file charges. I can't speak for anyone other than myself but if I was forced to do something against my will and I knew that there was a videotape which showed everything...well, it would have made the decision that much easier for me to press charges.

Whatever actually happened (and we will probabely never know!), it was not as bad as to deter her from persuing her porn career. I am glad she is carring on!
