I've done opioids before (never intravenously), but I can't imagine having sex while under the influence of that stuff. I had a hard time focusing and and my whole body felt kind of numb. It didn't seem like the kind of drug that would be compatible with sex or anything involving moving around. The few times I did do it, I just felt like I wanted to sit down and relax. I would imagine most porn producers would never want to do this because the girl might pass out cold, or worse, she could overdose. It's probably a huge potential liability issue. The potential liability issue also probably carries over to other hard drugs like meth or coke. Speaking of coke, I once saw a scene with Jenna Haze and Mark Davis where the opening few seconds showed what looked like lines of coke and straws on the nightstand, but it didn't show either of them partaking.

Generally speaking sex can be rather difficult while under the influence of opiates for the reasons Macko69 mentioned. However, if you build up tolerance to the drug and/or use a small amount, it intensifies sex to the max. Speaking from personal experience, I last much longer while under the influence, and most times have to dial up my speed and intensity in order to cum. Although there have been times where I was too high to finish and had to quit before cumming. That never feels good, obviously, but that's only happened on rare occasions. Just to clarify, I'm not interested in seeing girls unconscious. Just high as fuck, enjoying intense sex, with the occasional nod off before, during, and after sex. Good recommendations here.
