You brought up blacked: before the whole Corona thing, they released a scene every 5 days, which makes it 70 scenes a year. Now if you join a month you can download all 70 scenes, but it will take you three weeks.

Brazzers releases 2 scenes a day, so 700 scenes a year. With a one-month membership you can only download 100. Of course with that number, probably noone downloads the entire catalogue, but you can see there might be a legitimate reason for wanting more than 25 scenes a month.

And to stream vs. download: you can watch the downloaded scenes after your membership has lapsed. And generally, with a downloaded file, there's no buffering issue, and seeking (jumping forward) is way faster than when streaming.

Cloud storage? Never ever. Last fall I had a problem with my internet line (the old was not working anymore, and the upcoming fiber was only available in 40 days, so I was sans internet for these 40 days. Luckily, I have a plethora of scenes on my hard drive(s), and lots of other non-porn stuff. Currently, I have 20TB of storage in my computer (but it's lots of movies and TV shows (but also lots of porn)), with currently ~6TB of free space at the moment.

100gb? where you been 1990's? Western digital now do a my passport 5TB drive for about $100. I've found these drives to be very reliable and can store a whole website once downloaded.

You can also use a video editor / quick crop tool to chop out the boring parts of the video and go straight to the action saving many MB's. I tend to use AVS video remaker to crop the video quickly. Some of the casting videos for instance can be padded out to over half the video in just talk and intro and if you just want the action then it will save many MB's if you have the time to crop them.
