The first one is milf porn. Now it's true that there are tons of milf movies/scenes but how many of them star women in their late 30's to early 50's? There are lot of titles that pretend to be milf porn and although technically some of the women in them have children. Their age is at best late 20's to early 30's so by porn standard they are not milf's. That still leaves a decent amount of women in the proper age group to do milf porn but now we get to the second problem which is that many of them are only open to a certain level of hardcore porn so you loose a large portion of your available talent pool. The last problem is that you lose most of them when you mention rough/intense/degrading porn. Who can blame any woman when she says that she isn't into getting slapped, spit on, treated like shit, pile driven into the floor and generally degraded for the pleasure of others? Let alone one who is in her late 30's to early 50's. You named 3 locations that produce that type of porn and I think a reason why those places do that kind of porn has less to do with the performers desires and more because the women in those locations have little choice in the type of porn they can do. Of course my idea of degrading porn and yours may not be the same. I think we can both agree that the number of older women shooting extremely hardcore porn is small VS those that prefer a more couple friendly style. [Link]

I think it is the studios which are the reason for the rarity in the US. You might have difficulty finding A-list performers agreeing to do degrading stuff, for concern about upsetting their fans and managing their career and such concerns.
