Anybody has every movie of his star ?

I wonder, are there really fans that have collected all of these movies ? Is someone able to only rent every movie with his/her most loved porn star ? I think I have around 50 with Nautica and Kaylani - in total. And thats enough. When should I watch 500 movies ? And I am no millionaire either. Why are they producing so many movies ? I think the profit margins would be much higher, if they would cut the releases to 50%. And nobody would starve pornless. Are there really collectors who still buy/rent every movie with his/her favourite porn star ? ( I am crazy enough to admit, that I have every VHS movie of our dutch label Video Art Holland, around 750 movies in total. But I watched only 1/3 yet. ) [Link]

Then I went out and bought tons of movies that had the girls from my list. Unfortunatly many of these movies were from second rate studios with poor lighting, bad camera work, and awful production values. Even though my favorite girls were in the movies, I really did not enjoy them because the movies were made so poorly. I really think, that these overproduction isnt helping anybody. Instead of trying to sell more units to the average porn customer, they should try to reach a more broader audience. And apart from WICKED, and to a lesser extent Digital Playground and VIVID, nobody does this. [Link]

What that subjected me to was many good scenes, but several mediocre, and even really bad scenes. After all that viewing, I literally burned out on the lovely Ms. Knox, and had to take a long hiatus from watching her stuff. It got to the point where I couldn't get off watching her scenes - I actually felt twinges of guilt about this, and then I realized it was just ridiculous to feel bad about it. There are just too many stars out there that I like. After that experience (it happened last year, before Sasha retired from the business), I've stopped making any one girl my favorite and just gone back to watching whatever I feel like watching. Sure, there's a big group of girls whose scenes I make an effort to watch, but it's no longer the driving force in my porn watching habits, and I think I'm better off for that. Brianna Blaze is probably my all-time favorite, and I have many of her scenes, but again, she also shot several bad scenes - I blame that more on shitty directors, studios and male performers than I do Brianna. She is almost perfection, in my opinion (OMG that face, those boobs, those DSLs!). p.s. I can now watch my favorite Sasha Knox scenes again and they make me hard enough to cut diamonds. As I got to know the different studios and genres I developed particular favourite girls. I initially bought heavily stuff with Melissa Lauren, Katja Kassin and Courtney Cummz. The more I got into porn the more girls I discovered and got into them too. Hillary Scott and Kelly 'fuckin' Wells became isntant favourites with me. I've built up my collection steadily over the last couple of years basing it around my core favourite girls. But I'm continually discovering new girls and I have to try and restrain myself. I generally try to restrict myself to buying only those scenes with my favourite girls in from certain top flight studios such as Jules Jordan, Evil Empire, RLD, PXP, Elegant Angel, Diabolic, Anabolic, 3rd Degree, Zero Tolerance etc. Alos whether a favourite girl of mine is on the cover of a DVD is also a factor for me. Currently I own by far and away more Hillary Scott videos than any other girl, 37 in total. Like cumwhipper I also went through a major Sasha Knox phase after first seeing her in 'Cum Fart Cocktails.' I bought virtually everything I could with her in hitting the 22 videos mark. But with her retirement things have dried up and I've been saved some money! Fortunately or unfortunatel depending on how you look at it other girls always enter one's affections. My current buying trends, although still very Hillary centric, now concentrate around Rebeca Linares and CHelsie Rae mostly, but with other girls thrown into the mix. I'd say my top eleven girls for buying at the moment are: 1. Rebeca Linares 2. Hillary Scott 3. Chelsei Rae 4. Kelly Wells 5. Sandra Romain 6. Naomi 7. Harmony Rose 8. Velicity Von 9. Annette Schwarz 10. Bobbi Star 11. Adrianna Nicole Naomi and Harmony Rose are something of a statistical anomally with me really, as I never specifically buy a video because one of them is in it, it just happens they're in an awful lot of stuff that I do buy. I guess as a consequence of them being two of the hardest working pornstars. Nothing says romance like anal sex. [Link]

I have only ever tried this with women who really caught my eye but were very hard to find. Typically this was back in the 90's when I would see a girl in a Dirty Debs segment, really like her, try to find more and fail. I would then keep my eye out for her scenes obsessively and get all I saw. I actually like today's oversaturation of porn scenes. It gives me a better chance to see the girl I like, with the director I like, doing the acts I like. This is often a hard thing to nail down, but when it works it means I don't have see substandard porn just to see the hot chick in whom I am interested. [Link]

Click to expand Without a doubt, those two porn actresses (Christy & Kay) film's totally dominate my porn collection. As I definately have more than quite a few films from both of them. With Christy, I currently try and concentrate on her films these days as I have more than enough Christy comps in my collection. With Kay, a Kay Parker comp with hard-to-find rare scenes is always welcome, but I typically don't mind purchasing films of hers as well if I have the extra coin, as I find the porn films during the Golden Age to be pretty entertaining for the most part ("The Dancers" come to mind). So I tend to be a bit choosier with her stuff. Another girl Ive collected most of her films is a German star called Vivian Schmitt. And I always look out for anything Kitten is in but like Lauren Phoenix she's also done loads. When I discovered the Black Ice label I found Kitten had done a few for them which made my day of course! And I also discovered Sydnee Capri through them too. I prefer the really raunchier girls!
