I just signed up and have downloaded a few scenes. I don't know if anyone representing this family of sites watches this thread, but on the off chance they do, I thought I would provide some feedback. Overall, the content itself is pretty strong. That's probably the most important thing, so good job on that. But, there are a number of user experience issues that I would hope to see addressed over time. Here is the list: 1) File sizes are absolutely huge. File size is an issue because of storage and because most people are on some sort of data plan. My plan with Comcast is for 1024 GB/Month, so a bunch of 4 GB downloads (I do 1080p) is fine for me personally, but for other people it could be more of an issue. As for the storage issue, I can address this myself by re-encoding them in handbrake, which reduces the size of the files by more than 50% with no loss of quality. But, obviously I would prefer not to do that. Also, a lot of people don't have blazing fast internet download speeds. 2) Download links expire really, really quickly. As an example I set up three scenes to download one after the other. The first two went through fine, but the last one didn't download. Download speed was quite fast, so it couldn't have been more than 30-40 minutes from setting up the download to the link expiring. 3) There are some buggy issues with the filtering UI. Holed.com is part of a family of sites, but if you're only paying for the one site, you'll want to filter on that. The problem is that when you try to select "Holed.com" from the drop down list, your selection doesn't seem to actually be recognized and as a result you go immediately to a an error page - "the page you were looking for doesn't exist". Eventually I clicked around and got it to work somehow, but I'm honestly not quite sure what I did. 4) No content tags and no filtering option to search for specific sex acts. This isn't an issue for me since I'm only subscribed to the one site, but for subscribers to the larger family of sites, having the option to reliably filter on specific tags would be a pretty convenient feature. Brazzers seems to do this really well.

Another problem with this website is that downloads frequently fail after the download has already started. The scenario I'm talking about here is where the download starts, gets to some percentage of completion, but then stops before completion with an error that says "Access Denied. Invalid user name or password." This is different from the expiring download links scenario I mentioned farther up the thread because in this case, the download actually starts and is chugging along doing it's thing, but then just fails for some unknown reason. I just had one fail a moment ago at 99%, which pisses me right off. To sum up how I feel about this site: Content is great, but technical issues are bad enough that I would never consider an ongoing membership.

Found another problem with this site: shady billing practices. The site will automatically upgrade you to membership in their entire network at a cost of $69.95. The only way to avoid this charge is to specifically click on the "no thanks" button when the upgrade offer pops up. In my case, I called customer service and got a refund, but obviously I shouldn't have to do that. I'm quite sure this is illegal, but you know, it's the porn industry and I'm sure they figure people won't push the issue too far so long as they get a refund when requested. To sum up my various thoughts on holed.com: 1) Great content. Yay! 2) Lots of nagging technical issues. Boo! 3) Shady billing practices. Boo!
I have been having (almost) the same problem for the past three days. Download starts, gets maybe 1/3 done, and then stops (fails). But I don't get any "Access Denied" message, just that the download failed.

Access Denied in this case just pops up for a few seconds when the download failure actually stops. Also, it might be an IE specific message so if you're using a different browser, you may have a different user experience. It really is too bad about these technical issues though because the content is pretty strong.
For help with shady billing go to the segpay customer service site . They are quite helpful over chat. Your account information will be in the email receipt of your transaction.
The Alex Harper video was just mind blowing. One of the best ass-fucking scenes I've ever seen.

Yes, you are right about that. Segpay fixed the issue in my case. However, there never should have been an issue to begin with. You can't just charge people's credit cards because they failed to opt out of something. That's just nuts and should be a criminal offense.
Received a discount offer by email from PornPros last week, so I decided to take the plunge for a month. I had a trial account in the early days, but since then I've been waiting for the site to accumulate more content. I'm a bit confused after some cursory looking around the site - have they massively dropped the bitrates on the latest two updates (Jojo and Natalia)?

^I don't have an active membership right now so I can't really comment on what bitrates are being offered, but if you go back in this thread you can see my comments on the user experience of this site where I pointed out a number of nagging technical issues, one of which was the absolutely humongous file sizes. Could the lower bitrates that you are seeing be an attempt to shrink the file sizes? Again, I no longer have an active membership so I can't see that for myself.

The thing is, it really is a pretty major drop - at 480p, the last "big" scene download clocked in at 710 MB for 37 minutes of video, while the two new scenes are 272 MB for 38 minutes and 340 MB for 37 minutes. I tend to download 480p/540p files from the sites I subscribe to, so I have some pretty good comparisons available - and compared to what else is out there, not only are the bitrates at the low end now, the video also looks very bad relative to the bitrates chosen, with plenty of compression artifacts. (Which makes me think that the previous huge bitrates were being used because these guys have no idea how to encode properly. But if you know your stuff only looks good at high bitrates, why change now?) Concurrently with those changes, the tab to choose between SD and HD streaming has disappeared from the new updates, and in fact I can't get the latest two scenes to stream at all. Would be interesting to know if anything similar has taken place on the other PornPros sites lately. I'm not subscribed to any, so I can't check myself.

^Yeah, well, like I said, nagging technical issues abound. It's too bad really because the content itself is quite strong. My best guess is that they aren't keeping their technical team together and people are moving in and out of jobs quickly, and that's why these issues crop up.

After a not so great update with Sasha Rose, this week was Whitney Wright. She's now done nice scenes for Tushy and Holed. I hope she sticks around and does many more.
Lexi Lovell will be in a Holed scene out later in the week. The pictures from the scene on Lexi's twitter page are verboten on ADT because they're soo hot! Holed hasn't put out many of their scenes on DVD. I hope they'll start doing that soon.
