Does anybody shoot scenes with a high end point in shot digital camera like
Canon S110 S120 N100
Lumix LX7 LF1
Sony RX 100 RX 100 II

These are more of the top of the line point and shoot these are not the $85 to $175 cameras

My point is that regardless of how high end they are, they're arguably not fit for "professional" use for several reasons going from the process of capturing and editing the video.
