So if I'm not logged in and I come to forum.adultdvdtalk.com, regardless of what link I click, I'm redirected to myfreecams.com on the tab that I came in while the link I did click opens in a new tab.

I've tried this on Android Chrome and Desktop Firefox and it happens in both cases.

Anyone else experiencing this?

^ Sort of. When I use my desktop to access ADT (where I'm signed in to my account already) I don't have this issue, but if I go to ADT on my tablet, where I'm not signed in, any link I hit opens a new tab for the ADT page and the first tab redirects to MyFreeCams. This has been happening for about three weeks now. Maybe a bit longer.

I suspect Drew pops in to the Tech Talk forum occasionally and may see this. It seems a bit odd that it just started recently, for me anyway.

I use Opera on a Macbook Pro and haven't had this problem.

I was browsing around here just now, signed in and on my desktop, and it happened. This is the first time it's happened when using my desktop and signed in. I use Chrome.

yeah the issue doesn't seem to happen if I'm signed in, it's only when I'm not signed in. Can't tell when this first started happening, three weeks, like you said, would be my guess as well.

BTW, some people might see MyFreeCams, others might get different ads depending on where they are in the world.

Unfortunately, this means the end of ADT for me. I have to this point very successfully and carefully kept my decades-long porn habit hidden from my wives and kids, and part of the the reason for that is I always know exactly which porn sites I have logged into and are open in a tab on my browser, and I never remain logged in to any porn site. Rather, when I leave a site, I log out, and close that tab. I also always browse - even if I'm not browsing porn - from a private window, so my history is never saved. However, I have found this more difficult when tabs open that I did not open myself. For example, as I type this, after opening ADT, I have a Chaturbate and MyFreeCams open on two different tabs. I tend to have many tabs open at the same time, and two or three times the past month, I've found when I re-open my laptop that although I closed ADT, I had forgotten about a Chaturbate or MyFreeCams open tab that was right there for my wife or my boys to see.

So I certainly appreciate that Drew is earning a living here by generating ad revenue, but I need to sign. Drew, if you see this, can you deactivate my account? Thank you.

Not sure how that was happening if you were logged in. The ads are only displayed for anonymous users. And at this point they are not displayed at all to people using Chrome.

I'm on Windows 10 using Firefox 121.0.1. To log in to ADT:

1. I open a new tab.
2. I type "www.adultdvdtalk.com" in the URL bar. The "Accept & Enter" page appears.
3. I click the "Accept & Enter" button. At this point, the ADT tab shows the MyFreeCams page and a new tab has opened, showing the ADT site.
4. I click "Login", then enter my Username and Password. Then kill the MyFreeCams tab.

Yes, the MyFreeCams page appears for anonymous users, but it appears whilst we're trying to become un-anonymous.

Ahh, I see.

I have changed it so the popunder doesn't trigger on the accept button. You can navigate to the login page without the popunder appearing.
