I remember hearing it in some video. He said it was something about the lights being really bright on set, now I think it's just his trademark look.

He's taken them off occasionally, so it's not like he's afraid to look a chick in the eye. I know Eve Lawrence asked him to take them off, which he had no problem doing. I'm sure Nevaquit could speak more on that though, since they produce together. I've heard the porn cameras can be bright as hell, so I always assumed it was because of the bright lights too, plus it looks cool.

Yeah, I was it was in his interview with CJ that he said the lights give him migraines.
Side note. I was banging this chick i had been seeing for a couple of months. We're doing mish with me standing and her body on the edge of the bed. I kept having to stop because my feet were sliding on her hardwood floors. In the interview i just mention, Slayer talks about why he keeps his shoes on. Mostly it's for traction, he tell people to try it sometime. So I put my shoes on. She gave me a weird look but didn't say anything. Not to brag but i gave it to her pretty good after that.
As we're laying there she ask why did I put my shoes on. I said "Because Slayer told me to". She says "what?" and I replied "traction".
