Funny . . . I had an interesting conversation not too long ago with the owner of a site talking about somnophilia and "sleepysex", and it rather opened up my eyes quite a bit as to the potential sexiness of it (I certainly have fantasies of feeling up sleeping men). In the end, though, however you feel, it's a fantasy, just like the rape fantasy sites. As for making it illegal, well, where to stop the censorship becomes an issue, as well as diving right into the whole question of why to ban something- meaning we'd have to buy into the disproven hypothesis that watching a depiction will incite the viewer to the actual act.

Personally, I think there could be potential legal troubles in all of these scenarios.

I don't even know where to start with this. Looking at those sites, they don't appear to feature the kind of innocuous sleepy scenarios you're talking about. If anything, a lot of the scenes seem to play up the element of non-consensual molestation, with girls who are too drunk or drugged to wake up while their bodies are being used. I know it's not real, but it does make me uncomfortable. I wonder if this kind of thing would fall foul of Scotland's proposed extreme porn law? Which is not what the sites are about. It is something entirely different when sexes are switched, as in almost all cases of sexual activity. Men usually wouldn't mind having a strange hot girl suck their cocks in any given situation for no conceivable reason. Women pose almost no threat to men, both in terms of physical capability and potential malicious intent. Women, however, would feel violated because it is not usually assumed that a girl consents just because the guy looks good. That's the point of the sites. Perhaps he was implying that the sites are somehow OK, although his logic was rather faulty anyway. At the very best, his post has no relevance to the topic at hand. SleepCreep is one of my favorite sites. It's original, which is always a plus. And the girls are hot. Who was advocating censorship here? And as I pointed out, since the same scenario appeared in a 1977 porno with one of the biggest stars of the era, I hardly see how the site is 'original.'

That was one obscure scene that appeared in one obscure movie that was produced more than 30 years ago. By original, I don't mean that the act has never, ever been done before.
