Never understood auto-erotic asphyxiation. I'm guessing within the next couple of decades, medical researchers are going to find out that a lot of innocent things involving the neck is really bad for brain (along the line of chiropractic neck adjustments ---> strokes; but even lesser "violent" maneuvers/behaviors involving the neck).
