I was just thinking about this the other day. What would it be like if you knew a pornstar growing up? Or what if you were somehow related to them? Wouldn't that be weird?

I didn't grow up with one but knew someone before they went into the adult industry. Ice La Fox was sort of a friend of mine...we've been to a few parties together.

Not me, but I worked with a guy for years who was a classmate of Harry Reams. He always laughed about knowing Harry Reams and told me Harry Reams played the Trombone in his high school band. He told me a porn director was a neighbor of Harry Reams and that is how he got into the business. Harry Reams was a name performer back in the 70s and starred in several popular films. He looked like a small version of Tom Selleck, aka Thomas Magnum from the hit 80s CBS television series Magnum P.I.

I wish I could remember her name, but a buddy of mine dated a girl in High School for years. He always wanted sex, but the best she'd give him was a weak handjob.

I grew up near Danyel Cheeks but never knew her, despite being about same age. My college roommates knew her and a couple guys I worked with were in her class in school. I was never really into her as a porn star, but thought it was kind of cool that she came from the same area. I am not sure if there are any independent video stores that rent adult anymore (due to chain stores and obviously mailorder/online) but in the 90s when even most small towns had multiple independent video stores, her titles were banned in her home town. I'm not sure how they did that legally, but effectively you could not rent videos of her work from stores in that town or county.

I am always trying to find someone who has seen their mother in a porn movie. But it seems that no one has or they wont admit it.
People do change their looks from age 20 to say 40.
