Sorry, it read the image off of my DVD drive and I thought it might read in the image to the forum permanently and so I fool myself. It displayed the image on the preview fine. Sorry about that!

Does anyone know how to transfer an image from a local computer (that does not have a personal website) to this forum to display an image in a posted message?

No need to give up so easy, HarryWild.

Upload the images to http://www.uaih.net/ and link to them there.

Here's the info you need, HarryWild...

You can't upload an image to the forum (at least nothing other than thumbnails and avatars). Kperv suggested you upload your image to http://www.uaih.net/ . I did that just a short while ago with a test image of a Monarch butterfly. You type in the local name of your image, which for you appears to be D:\Mature Couples\15.jpg . The site will upload that local image to their server and assign it a name. For me, they assigned http://img1.uaih.net/583/monarch.jpg . You would then
substitute your assigned name for 'link' in the text [ url=link]click here[ /url ] but omit the blanks. Here's what you get (using my butterfly link): click here email me if you're still not sure what to do.

Kperv,

Thanks for the help. I did not know there was a site like that! I am grateful for your help in this endeavor!

I don't think this belongs in this thread, but I want to reply to it. Maybe somebody will see this.

Click on that link and look at the review. It is by James Raven. I think he may have made a typo. Find "DISC ONE"
followed by "Berlin" .

The next name he mentions is John Holmes.
He's still dead, isn't he? :)

How do we email or let James Raven know? If it is a typo, he'd probably like to edit it.
