I have been to www.dvdzone2.com before and noticed they had no method of convering euros to USD which makes me suspect they only ship within the european community. Any state-siders familiar with this company? I am looking for the european equivalent of 5 Star: reliable, easy to use, cheap, and comprehensive. An english language translation would be nice as well. Also, arer there any legal implications I should be aware of in ordering european or euro-versions of titles that may contain scenes of fisting, pissing or watersports? Note: I am not interested in underage. I did check out Roccos site to see about ordering direct; Rocco only stocks VHS and PAL - what a luddite! Dont'cha just hate seeing Rocco push some poor euro-sluts face in a toilet bowl knowing that the previous scene of her peeing in the same bowl (muddying the waters, so to speak) has been cut? I sure do;-) If StephDunns fears about the Bush administration prove true this may be our last bastion against censorship. the search continues.... ...a mind is a terrible thing to waste  [Link] |

Second although most are zone free, a few are "Zone 2" only, which means you won't be able to play them unless you have a multizone player. USA and Canada are "Zone 1" Third many don't have an English audio track (i.e you'll only have French or German dialogue for instance). Joey  [Link] |

Shopping at Rocco´s site was weird though: no responses to e-mail, no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation, no invoice with shipment and the Divx;) I got was saved on two CD-R´s, "cover art" was basically just regular CD-R´s blancos with "CD 1" and "CD 2" written on with a black pen. The only DVD-merchant selling Mediterranean releases I know of is Spanish www.dvdgo.com. At the moment there is only one Rocco title, Rocco Ravishes Prague. And according the site it only has spanish language track, which I doubt is the original audio track of that movie. P.S When posting about "area-locked" DVD´s released in different continents, could everyone please address these lockings as regions instead of zones . I know that this sounds trivial, but there are other systems called zones.
