I tried to narrow this down on the Star Crossed forum to no avail. Maybe one of you will remember this flick from the '90s. All I have is an idea of the plot. Jill Kelly, or a girl who looks alot like Jill, is a real estate agent showing off a big house. As the potential buyers wander into rooms they end up having sex with the "ghosts" that haunt the house. I'm actually trying to I.D. the girl who gets nailed by Marc Davis (blonde.muscular broad back.says things like "OOO, you're making my pussy TINGLE!)
I've tried a couple of name searches on IAFD, again to no avail!
HELP!!

I dont think its the film you are thinking of , but your write up reminded me of a film by Helen Duval Entertanment called memories.
It starred Monique Covet as Helen Duval ,Jean Yves Le Castel as Count Duval , Zensa Raggi as th butler . Also in the film was David Perry and Roberto Melone.
From what I can remember of the film Monique was walking round this big country house and each room she walked into she was reminded of past sex fom that room . One scene that I always remember from the film was Monique blindfolded and taken to the celler , where her husband and his female companian was , there 4 to 5 men stripped monique and fucked her ending with them all cumming on her face.
I'm going to have to dig this film out of my vhs collection and refresh my memory.
I would be interested to hear if anyone else has seen the film. Also i can't find it on iafd.

SaucyJack, that sounds like it might be NYMPH. It's a Vivid film starring Chasey Lain and Jill Kelly. There's a couple reviews here on the forum. (But Marc Davis isn't listed in the credits).

I don't know if it helps but, at the end of every sex scene in this unknown movie. Jill Kelly (?) walks in and catches the people screwing. She is always shown in black & white.
