I recommend that you post this in the Star Crossed forum since that's where these usually go and people are more likely to see it there. Also, make the title something like "Looking for ID for model," or something like that. I am not exaggerating when I say that ADT has some members with photographic memories of models and an encyclopedic knowledge of names. I won't be surprised that if you rename this thread that you'll get an answer. I should add that if you amend the name of the thread, the mods will likely move it to the Star Crossed forum for you, but I can't say that for certain. [Link]
