The only director I can think of who comes close to the style of Malone is Mason in her earlier period.
Mason's Dirty Trixxx 2 - Necessary Roughness (Elegant Angel) would be my recommendation as it does focus on the scenarios (which are still quite dirty & disturbing to this day)
Also Mason's Sexual Disorder (Platinum X Pictures) has that legendary Julie Night blowbang-gangbang scene which follows a lengthy & very disturbing setup.
Joey Silvera's work is up there in terms of kinkyness but it is more bizarrely comedic at times than nasty. Two scenes you should check out are the Julie Night scene from Service Animals vol#10 & the Annette Schwarz - Lorelei Lee scene from Service Animals vol#24 (Evil Angel)
You might like the Sex & Submission site from Kink.com if you don't mind hardcore BDSM as they do focus on setups quite a bit while delivering some hard & kinky sex.
