I couldn't find a lot of recent info about ExcaliburFilms, but I decided to take a chance on an order anyway. They're based in California, which usually means they have to operate legitimately due to the state's strict regulations around adult media.

Their VOD platform also appears to run on Adult Empire's backend, so they clearly have some kind of affiliate or partner relationship with a major distributor. That gave me a bit more confidence in their reputation.

That said, their website is pretty old‑school and their order processing seems slow. For anyone who has ordered DVDs from them recently, what's the typical timeframe for processing and shipping? (For context, I'm in the US.)

UPDATE!
It arrived in about a week. I did the USPS shipping option but they used USPS mailer so it doesn't show up in Informed Tracking for packages and for some reason it didn't show up in the regular mail scan either. Pretty fast service and shipping honestly. And its a legit pressed disc as well (which is a good thing).
