Several numbers of purchases were refused.I use a number of bank card with single payment. It is the only problem which I encountered on the site. [Link]

The item showed up as "Paid" and has been saying "Paid - Preparing for shipment" ever since. I e-mailed them twice to find out what's going on and I've had no reply so far. Seems to be a bit dodgy to me. [Link]

I'll be happy just to get my money back now. Best avoided! [Link]

I'll update again if it actually arrives, but at least you know that they've done SOMETHING. ... Still, I can hardly recommend them with such poor service, regardless. [Link]

I just badgered them with emails daily and finally a few days ago I got a message apologising saying that they forgot to process my order and that they would ship it soon including a free DVD (probably something cheap and crap) for my inconvenience. They hope I'll remain a customer. So far nothing has changed on the order status page though. Hope you get your DVD safely. Let me know. Cheers [Link]

I ended up getting a decent fisting DVD thrown in for free to make up for the mistakes made with my order. They said they'd lost a lot of their incoming mail and that's why they didn't respond to my emails. So we got there in the end but I'm not sure if I'll risk ordering from them again [Link]

Took some mainstream bestseller titles as well since they were cheap. Close to 400 euros in total. Two weeks later I got an email telling me that the order was partially shipped. After two more weeks I emailed asking where the package was, don't you have a tracking number for the package I asked. And which titles were sent and which were not. Their tracking pages doesn't say anything. Well, that was exactly two weeks ago. No answer of course. I tried to call two days this week, about 8 phone calls in total. The phone just keeps beeping busy everytime. I don't think they're talking to anyone though, just put off the phone so it won't disturb them. I think they are imposters not shipping every fifth or tenth order or so. It's especially easy to get away with if the customer if foreign, I don't really know which dutch authorites I should contact. But my bank will be notified, that's for sure. [Link]

Jonte New Member 2 Posts 7/09	Posted - Aug 6 2009 : 9:24PM Actually it was false alarm. My package had been sent, it was the swedish post that messed up. They had it in my municipality for a couple of days but then decided to ship it to a desolate village up north. And there it was without anyone being able to pick it up. I got my answer from Aahsex and a tracking number when it had been there for 3 weeks, emailed the post but they didn't do s**t.
