I am interested in knowing what your experience of this store (US delivery time, e-mail response, etc.) is. I have noticed that they have very competive prices (especially for Evil Angel titles). I am not sure if I want to shop at Flixes to take advantage of their competitive prices instead of shopping at, say, AdultDVDEmpire, which has one the top notch customer services. | MikeDLA New Member 1 Posts 2/05 | Posted - Feb 18 2005 : 7:57PM It is now Feb 18 and half of my order has not been shipped yet (the couple of titles that have already arrived still took almost 2 weeks to arrive). I am located in CA about 1hrs drive from where they are located - so shipping delay does not factor. I have received some polite and very apologetic correspondence from "Noelle" via email offering to give me a bonus title to compensate for the delay. (If I had ordered just one DVD I would not expect this). Based on this experience I would say that the low prices (on some titles) are offset by the fact that they don't hold stock on titles that they claim to have in stock. If I order from them again I will just assume the stock info is BS and that I will have a long wait. If you are not in a hurry then some of the pricing is great. [Link] |
