My old behavior consisted of whipping my phone out just before I hopped into the shower, beat one out and then go about my day. Lately now that Ive got some freedom in my life, I'm noticing after a hard days of work I'll come home and just relax to some porn rather then a TV show or Movie. I may not even be horny, normally putting a 30 mins flick on I'll get into it but I've sat on my couch for about 3-4 hours once consuming an entire Evil Angel flick a weeks back lol.
