Alex, April Summers has not done an ir-anal scene in a movie. I haven't heard of any plans for her to do so in the future. April did do an ir-anal photo layout with a black guy named Hercules in a Euro magazine called Private SEX #26 (a Private Media Group publication).

This was discuss in depth on another IR, and I would say that the poll came back 90% in the no category. Some of this was based on the fact that her other anal scenes had been condom free. Her and Justin are both great performers, but to quote another production line, "The Fans Have Spoken".

April Summer aka April Flowers did interracial in Just Over 18 #4 with Byron Long according to the IAFD I haven't seen the movie so I don't know if she did anal.

She's no stranger to IR, but has yet to release an IR scene. Her IR catalog is pretty good for her time in the biz. If you didn't know, now you know!
The movie you're referring to is Just 18 #4 (Sin City), not Just Over 18 #4 (Red Light District Video). Just 18 #4 came out in the year 2000. April has done a lot of interracial scenes in the past, but none were anal. She has now done three anal scenes so far, but none were with a black guy, which is what the original poster was asking about.
The closest that April got to doing ir-anal in a movie was in New Breed #3. Here is an excerpt from a review of that scene:
