Yes, for you, an end consumer, you should have nothing to worry about, so long as everyone is a consenting adult. You don't see a lot of fisting on DVD, (at least not with BG or GG porn) because producers and retailers are afraid that some religious crusader prosecutor in some local area with many like minded people in the jury pool will try to fit fisting under the vague obscenity laws. Even if nobody is convicted, it's a hassle and an expense to go to court. But the sellers are always targeted more than the buyers. The obscenity laws apparently work better for physical media than for digital downloads, and porn producers don't ever want to have to trash unsold copies of the original edit of a DVD if there was a legal problem, so you do see more websites shot and hosted outside of the US or in more open-minded parts of the US that will have some fisting than you can find on DVD.

I never heard of anal fisting until you mentioned it. Fisting can be found on a lot of 70s titles, all legal, but it was the whole hand penetrating the vagina.

Are you the last guy to make it out of Guyana? lol. Robert Mapplethorpe had photo sets on this subgenre. I picked up some VHS titles out of Germany in some North Beach shops about ten years ago. Tended to be girl fisting girl.
I think a fisting series called Fisticuffs would be great in consumable/DVD porn. I don't understand the taboo on it compared to the prohibitions on golden showers. How is fisting anymore "profane" than a2m or double anal.
I would love to see a lawsuit over this obscenity where gays are brought in to comment on how such a prohibition is a hate crime. Fisting (anal or vag) would bring me back to lesbian movies; esp. if the condom mandate prevails
