I think Adriano is the only film director who consistently makes straight-to-anal scenes. I think there is often a big difference between what people say and what they choose to watch in porn. Because having sex in real life is different from watching porn.

Europe is a big place with many different countries, languages, and cultures. I'm sure that not every country and not every culture in Europe has the same attitude towards anal sex. Perhaps you've misread the European study about anal sex. Because according to The International Encyclopedia of Sex, a 1998 study in Italy found that "78.6 percent of females and 62 percent of males never experience anal sex". Which is a big contradiction to what you say.
There is 80% in this study alright. But it's 80% of women who never tried anal sex at all.
