I've talked with one for multiple hours every day and the vibe was good. I thought we had shared interests and talked about all kinds of day to day things like friends do. But then she suddenly wanted money. I told her I wasn't interested in services and I thought that was clear from the beginning. She then cut off all communication. Are all pornstars stone cold like this? Do they all see us as clients? I feel pretty sad for her and the situation. Even though it probably doesn't mean anything to her.

And no it was not on onlyfans or any work related platform

You have to be careful with talking to pornstars on Twitter. A lot of scammers will make up fake accounts and try to scam fans out of money.
I had one that tried to pull that scam on me but I know it was a troll and told them to fuck off.
I think most will only interact with fans on OF's and/or at cons but I don't think many will interact with fans on PM.
You have to understand some fans can be obsessive and can turn into stalkers, some stars are a little worried about fans getting too close to them and knowing too much about their private life.
So, don't take it personally if she set up boundaries by asking for you to join her site or OF but paying to just speak to her after talking for a long time does sound shitty.

Nah wasn't a faker, we had FaceTime. She shared mostly personal stuff and work related unattractive nasty things that might get her into trouble so I thought we definitely had something going. I think what happened is that it got too time consuming without actual benefits. After all I'm just a dude on the other side of the planet chatting.

Porn stars are just like every other human on the planet. They have friends. This doesn't obligate them to be your friend. My guess would be that she didn't feel you were the kind of person she wanted as a real life friend. In that case, she would charge you like any other not a real life friend.

It's not that difficult to find out about them (like any person) in real life. You find out their real name, where they're from, etc,.... You'll see an obituary of the their grandfather, mother in church group, etc,...

Ive talked to a couple on onlyfans and they were super friendly and really fun to talk to and a few weren't they wouldn't even care what i had to say and you could see the difference between them just by looking at them. A couple of really nice ones would've been really awesome to have as friends and get to be around
