isn't pink eye just ghonnorrhea (sp?) of the eye? Robert please don't hump any eyes, no matter how much they beg! Gals need a current test to work any ways, why not just ask them to have one to be on the safe side.
In my opinion, it should be enforced by law that all registered sex workers of all types must go for a monthly STD scan. Once everybody MUST do it, it will be a norm and costs will be calculated in the sex industry's general costs. I also suggest that all sex workers including exotic dancers must at the beginning of their career attend a couple of hours intensive course on safety, hygiene, drugs and STDs.
In my opinion, all sex industry must be legal and well regulated. Regulations and laws however, must stem from an ideology of respect, safety and the right for adults to decide over their sex lives and professional lives as long as they don't conflict with mutual respect and overall safety.
The only problem with regulations and laws is that they always start out simple and they always eventually go too far. Just about everything that's well-regulated is regulated to the point of absurdity. Or eventually will be. Once you let them in, they don't know when to stop.
