I think if a woman or apparent female working in porn had transgender operation, successful enough that it would never have been even suggested that they were born something other than their current gender/makeup, then it likely would have taken quite some time to transition, meaning their operation must have taken place many years before their entry as a female into straight porn.
It doesn't seem like the science is quite at a point where the genitals can be seamlessly transitioned - that seems to be the giveaway. But they are doing some pretty astonishing things nonetheless and I wish them the best. The more superficial aesthetic aspects aren't as impressive as the way they are trying to keep the nerve systems intact.
Interesting from a technical standpoint. Whether it does anything for you, or if you have zero personal interest in the topic, you still have to tip your hat to a marvel of anatomical engineering.
You guys ever watch that show Botched?
