It is possible but has not happened yet as far as I know. Once they've fully transferred and if you can't tell they use to be a man what difference would it make?

Speaking for myself, I didn't realise Jill Monro was trans. I think we're so used to porn being clearly labeled and categorized, that Monro's appearance in straight porn with little to no fanfare meant I didn't question it. But yeah, who cares?
Maybe I am just behind the times, but how far has science/medicine come on this? I know they've had "gender confirmation" surgery for a while, but I never looked at it cuz it makes me squeamish just hearing the descriptions of how they do it, with the slicing and flipping. But I know all the other superficial attributes have been convincingly done, to the point it is truly impossible to necessarily discern if a person has had TS operation. Some of them are totally convincing from what I've seen, but that's just from what I've seen which does not reveal the sexual anatomy. But can they actually replicate genitals from one sex to another? Does that part actually look indiscernible too?
