I don't know of any examples of someone working for some time in porn, and then at some point people "discovering" that they have transitioned. But maybe it has happened.

There's no pussy dodging for women in western porn anyway, and most "straight" porn men have probably had to skip the fence on occasion (not to mention all the sword fighting that's expected of them), so it's very different from the real world's homophobia.
