I've written a two-part article in the Village Voice about Christian! It was partly inspired by many of the threads on these boards, so check it out...
Just read it, great stuff Tristan, i cant wait till part 2. I like Christian, i couldnt care less if he is straight, gay or bi. He is doing a good job in the straight movies that interest me.
Christian, is there a way i can contact you, i would love to do an interview with you :)
That said, I fully support the right of any porn girl to have him on her NO list, for whatever reason.
Personally, I couldn't care less whether Christian is straight or gayer than Liberace, as long as he gives a good performance. Having done manly movies didn't stop Peter North from being, IMHO, the best cockslinger the industry has ever had.
Say, Tristan, what about stepping in front of the camera once more for an "anal both ways" scene with Christian? [:P)]
Tristan, I applaud you for writing this article that seems to be very pro-Christian. I'm glad more people are standing up for him lately, because it just seems that he's getting more negative attention because he's been HONEST, which somehow seems wrong.
As I've said before, I support Christian, in more than one way. I'll continue to cast him and make good recommendations to other PMs or directors if they ask, and I'm all for people being forthcoming about their past or present sexual activities.

Other than this forum I dont think people are standing up for him. Go check out the other forums they seem to be very much anti Christian. The moderators on this forum will not let you say to much about him or they will boot you from the forum. Even a big budget studio has put him on a no list for all their contract girls but DP and vivid are still using him. Vivid is a logical how can they say no to him due to they produce gay films. But the overall feeling I get from the other forums is they dont want him working with straight performers
Vivid stopped producing gay movies years ago. As for ClubJenna, their clout in the business is, shall we say, very limited. Anyway, keep us posted on part.2, Tristan.
There are valid medical and health reasons for anyone putting him on a "no" list without having to defend themselves against charges of homophobia.
Swell guy or not, some behaviors are riskier than others, and consequently put others at risk. Having bareback gay sex is one of the riskiest. Another risky behaviour is hooking. That's two strikes.
There is a reason the Red Cross won't take blood from homosexuals or people who have homosexual sex (If they answer the questionaire honestly).
I thought porn was all about girls, at least that's what most directors tell me ;-)

Agreed. The issue at hand is not about Christian's personality, it is about his risky behaviors. Gay porn pays better than straight porn, so there's no real reason for him to put females at risk.
Why is there all this ruckus NOW? Christian's been upfront about having shot gay porn from his first appearance in the ADT chatroom, which was back well more than a year ago at least. The thing is, there are guys who are probably turning tricks this minute who will be on a porn set tomorrow and ain't saying a word to anyone. Why not expose them as the menace to public health?
Just curious about the actual facts vs. hearsay (as always in these cases, regardless ...). I suspected it was just a couple of people with a grudge ...

I just think the guy is pretty reckless to be shooting scenes condom or not in an environment were 50% of the performers are HIV+. He just wants to say well who did the girl sleep with in her personal life before the scenes. My answer to this is 50% of the population is not HIV+ but where you go fooling around is the gay porn industry is. A girl should be scared to death to do a scene with him
My understanding is all performers go through regular testing, while I don't know what the rate of false negatives (I don't mean false postives) are, I would imagine they are rather low, or we would have heard something about it by now. I will go out on a limb and say the performers are probably more safe from contracting HIV than anyone in the general public. When was your last HIV test? As long as he's up front about it and doesn't engage in risky sex AFTER his last test, then the chance of him passing on the virus are virtually nill, at least by todays standards.
As for Christian, I can understand both sides. Yes, I can understand some girls being nervous about him, but I also can't help but give him credit for being a standup guy who doesn't seem like he's going to lie about his past. Pleaes correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the gay and bi stuff in the past (with the exception of the balling scenes for stuff like His Ass is Mine and Strap Attack )??? To me it seems more than a little hypocritical for many stars and studios to cut him out since I doubt very few people in the industry have a squeaky clean past. Christian can bring it to the scene, is respectful to his partners, and seems to be an all around class act.

I have some difficulty understanding the discussion on this thread. Is the gay porn world ridden with aids (50%) or what? I have a hard time thinking the gay community is not aware of HIV. Maybe I'm totally off the mark here, but does it really matter who Christian humps, male or female, from safety aspects?

There's actually an interesting and legitimate discussion to be had around this topic, especially if you step back and remove it strictly from personal responses based on whether you like Christian or not. Personally, I think the practices of producers like TT Boy are far more of a concern to the health of the people who work in porn, as are producers who push acts like double anal, physical abuse of girls, agents who work girls too much, and so on ... not to mention male performers notorious for tearing girls up or giving them STDs like so much cotton candy at the county fair ... The thing being, if you're gonna kick all the "fruity" male performers out of the biz, all you're gonna be left with is the Mope Squad.
The funny part about it is (for me at least), I don't have even one title with Christian in it. This will be rectified soon I would imagine.

Yeah, but most of those folks, are closed-minded...ignorant...homophobic rednecks who don't have anything better to do with their time other than bitch about sexual practices which they don't agree with.
They have the same mindset of a 1960's southern man telling his daughter they can't go fuckin' them 'knee-guards' (the derogatory term for "black people" for y'all who didn't get that)!
I agree with Skronker, support the alleged "facts" with evidence, instead of just rampant hearsay...and the argument would have merit. Otherwise, it's just a baseless accusation and a thoroughbred carcass rotting in the backyard awaiting it's next beating.

No, its not. You are not doing your homework. I emailed the webmaster of the gay site MenatPlay.com and he told me that the two scenes featuring Christian on the site were shot this year.
Christian barebacks with transsexuals in T-Girls 2 from Anabolic, which was shot and released in 2005. In 2005, Christian also did scenes with women.
Working with Christian carries a certain risk for females, since he does scenes with males and transsexuals. Certain companies do not find the risk to be worthwhile and will not hire him.

What does that have to do with anything? As long as he tests negative, unless you are calling into question all the tests and protocols now being used in the industry. If that's the case, then Christian is not the only high risk candidate to be singled out male and female alike.
