She definitely would not be the first pornstar to write a book ...
. Sinner Takes All: A Memoir of Love and Porn by Tera Patrick (January 4, 2011)
. Born Again, to Porn Again: Confessions of an Angel Turned Porn Star by Devyn Devine (Dec 15, 2010)

. Raw Talent: The Adult Film Industry As Seen by Its Most Popular Male Star by Jerry Butler, Robert Rimmer and Catherine Tavel (Aug 1991)
Most of the books written by the women usually are not that great because they
don't give you the juicy stuff you want to hear. They typically write these
books after they have retired from porn and don't want to tell any embarrassing
or self-deprecating stories and prefer to write hard luck stories meany to
gain more sympathy leading into some kind of female empowerment story. The
books written by the men tend to be more entertaining and dish the dirt.
For example, Jerry Butler's book made him the Jose Canseco of porn.

pornography wasn't sex but fantasies of an impossibly hospitable world

From her interviews, I very much doubt Oriana's book is going to be whitewash.
Butler's book has nothing to do with being a man, it has to do with being a manic egotistic bullshitter. You can look up his TV appearances on Youtube for more of his hilarious cocaine spiel.
Marc Stevens and Eric Edwards also wrote books about their careers in porn. There's also a book 'written' by Tina Russell that's a nice time capsule of the early hippy days of porn. The best books tend to be from actual journalists who have done their work imo, like Blue Money, Porn Gold, Sinema.
