Most performers in the business don't really want to contract any of the multitude of diseases that come from ingesting fecal matter. Call me a prude, but the thought of watching some one contract parasites or hepatitis or HIV for that matter.

Rimming is less risky if the person you are rimming is squeeky clean and has a good understanding of how to "clean-out" in preparation. The safest rimming is using a barrier, dental dam or plastic wrap. OK, OK, it's not as sexy as skin to skin, but this is the new century, some things just need to be left behind.
