But I don't imagine a UTI is very pleasant (I've not had one so I can't say for sure). The problem is that a woman's urethra is so much shorter than a man's. If you're male and the very tip of your urethra gets a little inflamed after anal, you may not even notice it or may just write it off as the normal irritation that comes with having sex.
