Here’s a serious question for some of you anal experts. Does anal sex have any effect on your bowel movement habits? On a serious note, I’d be interested to know. Does it ever cause diarrhea or constipation?? Or does it seemingly not affect you in that respect at all? My girlfriend says that whenever I deposit my load in her ass that it gives her diarrhea.

So, you would take the word of others over your girlfriend? That said, the only way to really know is to try it out yourself. I'm being serious.

Tell her it's perfectly natural and part of her new detoxification program.

Seriously, I've never had any effect either way back there. But in the movie, Bad Santa, Billy Bob Thorton is banging some lady's ass in a dressing room and yelling, 'You won't be able to shit right for a week!'

I really doubt it. The 'diarrhea' is probably just her expeling the cum in the bathroom....of course it would come out watery...cum is not a solid. Next time don't cum so deep in her and it will probably help.

I'm gonna try to talk all clinical and stuff, cuz this is one of those sensitive topics that performers aren't always supposed to tell civilians.

Yes, anal sex can disrupt your accustomed bowel habits for short periods of time.

Why? Mostly because the sphincters get irritated and they spasm. For some this causes constipation - the sphincter wants to stay closed and keep intruders out. For others it causes urgency to eliminate because the sensation of spasm is very much like the feeling of needing to go.

Think of it like nausea triggers, or itching triggers. If you talk to someone about lice, you start scratching and imagining crawling sensations on your head. You don't actually have lice just from talking about it, but now your head really does itch. Hearing or seeing someone else vomit often makes a bystander vomit. They aren't sick, there is nothing wrong with their stomach, but the sounds, sights and smells of the process are enough to convince their stomach that it needs to vomit, too.

If all that wasn't enough, semen has a lot of sugar and protein in it. For some that contributes heavily to the build up of mucus (vaginally and anally). Because the vagina doesn't have a sphincter semen does not tend to be held in for long and the effect is limited. Anally this is not the case and quite a bit of mucus can accumulate, leading to a very loose stool.

So, to cap this off - a loose stool, plus the feeling of urgency, will equal an experience pretty much identical to diarrhea.

Tell your girlfriend she isn't abnormal, and she isn't getting sick from anal sex. It might help if she flushes her bowel with a little squirt of water AFTER anal sex.

See, now that's what I'm talkin' about. The heck with doctors. Ask the people who enjoy doing it frequently, they know best! Thanks for the feedback everyone! And Kimi, thank you for taking the time to explain it on the real. That's the type of answer I was looking for. And we know that the girls here at ADT are the best! I'll always ask here first.
While on the subject... I'd love ot get some feedback on the "healthiness" of anal sex. It's proven that regular sexual intercourse is great for so many things, including stress and well being (they say a good sex life may even contribute to longer life)... but what about anal? I know there must be some documented benefits to anal?? WHat are some of the benefits you notice personally?

My wife has never complained about reactions such as what your G/F noted, but then again I do not cum in my wife's ass, I pull out beforehand so that does make a difference.

...what Kimi said. And when done consideratly and safely the after affects are minimal and harmless.
