In my opinion some of the most exciting studios such as Bang Bros and others let themselves down with condoms. Why can't Bang Bros drop their preoccupation with condoms with the Bang Bus series in particular. Wicked and Marc Dorcel have some of the most stunning productions in the world and yet are obsessed with condoms. New Sensations amazing Romance series with the most incredible production values let themselves down with condoms. So my plea to these studios and others are please get rid of the Condoms! We, the majority or porn fans, HATE THEM! Please stop ruining your productions with condoms. I will then gladly buy your products and subscribe to your websites.
Jesus Christ, if there's one series out there that absolutely NEEDS condoms, it's gotta be Bang Bus. Any site that heavily relies on amateurs would be crazy to go bareback.
Just test the performers beforehand. That's all they have to do. For the first few years Ed Power's used to go bareback with his productions. Then for some reason he suddenly started wearing condoms. Fans pay their money for fantasy and their wouldn't be many fans that fantasize about condoms.
You hate condoms but just maybe... they hate getting STD's. The fans don't have to deal with that. I'm sure they feel as if the health of the performers is more important than your subscription or buying their products. There are plenty of good porn vids that are non-condom.
It looks like there is only one way to settle this question then and that's with a poll. Perhaps we could have the following poll question; Do you enjoy seeing condoms used in the Bang Bus series? Yes or No? If any mods could please make this a poll question.

Bang Bros. has been using condoms since they started and are making money hand over fist, so I think 'the fans' have already spoken. BTW I find BB's sex scenes terrible condoms or not, I like their tease sequences and selection of women though.
^ I see what you're saying. I like the choice of women in the Bang Bus series as well as the Bang Bus concept. If they're racking it in then yes they won't be changing their condom policy anytime soon. However does everyone remember a time when Vivid was almost exclusively condom only (if not exclusively condom only)? They changed their policy to suit consumer demand. Accordingly I started buying their DVDs again. Likewise with Marc Dorcel. I buy their older non-condom titles but I won't touch their newer titles with a 20ft barge pole.
To be fair, there is now considerably less condom usage on BangBros than there was, say, five years ago. BangBus still uses them frequently, and they are used to a lesser extent on FacialFest and the two other amateur sites (Can He Score? and Fuck Team Five). But scenes for the rest of the hardcore websites (Ass Parade, Big Mouthfuls, Brown Bunnies, MILF Lessons, Monsters of Cock, Latina Rampage) are pretty much always shot without condoms. At one time, everything on the network was shot with rubbers as standard. I think this probably coincides with BB's general move towards recognisable professional performers, and a more mainstream aesthetic generally. I definitely prefer scenes without condoms, ftr, though it's not a dealbreaker.
Vivid and Bang Bros didn't exactly make the same kind of films or necessarily reach the same demographics, nor are their general budgets the same. Bang Bros caters to some niches not easily catered to by others. A lot of people may not like condom porn, but some will take it to get what they really want.
