I'm pretty sure it's a common phenomenon for pornstars to not like to look at their own work, and I'm pretty sure I've heard Audrey confirm this in many pre-scene interviews. I'm pretty sure Audrey, especially at this point in her career, just wants to live as private of a life as she can and has made more than enough money to really care about marketing her brand/name to the extent Nikki Benz has, for example. Is it irrational? Sure, because she could have probably doubled her porno earnings if she kept her name relevant, but it seems like she just doesn't care enough. I can't imagine how many girls in the industry would kill to have the popularity she has even though she barely produces; if she wasn't so naturally gorgeous -- I bet she wouldn't be taking it all for granted (e.g. just for reference, she's the only girl on the front page of Brazzers with less than 50 scenes outside of Asa Akira, and Asa's only rated so high because she's Asian and fulfills a popular niche role). Escorting probably generates a great enough income for her on top of that too, which may also be another reason why she just wants to get out of the public eye. She seems to have aged about 5 years in this past year, which is rather weird if she truly is an aesthetician who specializes in skin. On top of all that, it definitely does seem like her face has been under the knife a handful of times over the years, not nearly as bad as someone as Nikki Benz or Monique Alexander (both of which literally look like completely distinct and different women from their high school years), for example however. Just for some additional comparative insight, this is a video of her in 2008 with little makeup on. I have met Asian women in their 30's and even 40's who could pass for their mid-20's. Anyways, in regards to pornstars, it's more convoluted than that. Many of them are on serious narcotics that can truly fuck up their skin and age them even rapidly, not sure if Audrey is apart of that. The most surprising caveat with Audrey is that she seemed to have aged very well until her scenes this year -- it was such an abrupt and rapid change (compare how she looked vs her 2015 scenes and even her late 2016 scenes) that a part of me thinks it was due to a bad plastic surgery gone wrong. As I said earlier, it's pretty common for pornstars hitting 30 to get a lot of work done on their face, just look at Monique Alexander (almost looks like an entirely different person) and Nikki Benz.
