Audrey Bitoni is a girl that leaves me puzzled. How come she has retained her popularity during all these years? She's hardly pushing the boundaries (unlike other girls such as Dana DeArmond and Jennifer White).

^ Not really sure what's "not to get." Audrey's been in the biz for over 20 years. In an industry where the average career lasts about 2 - 3 years, her tenure is a rarity and almost unheard of. She's easily one of the prettiest girls in the biz & considering she recently turned 40, she is still fine AF. She was one of the most popular stars in the early - mid 2000's when she started just based on her appearance. Keep in mind her early years coincided with the era the internet was becoming more popular/widespread. It's safe to say she was one of the first stars to really become "Internet famous" as a result. It also looks like she picked up a lot fans/admirers/devotees in her 2 decade run.

No one has ever disputed Audrey's appeal. Any criticism stems from not diversifying the types of scenes she'll do. I don't think it's unfair to question why someone retains interest continuing to do the same BG vanilla scenes year after year. Yes, she's beautiful. Yes, she's a great performer. So are a lot of other people.
^ AC/DC have been playing the same type of rock music for over 50 years. Some critics argue they basically wrote 1 song & have re-written it about 200+ times. They never diversified their sound or tried to incorporate other genres/styles into their catalogue. Sure, there are a lot of other meat & potatoes type of rock bands out there. Getting a new AC/DC album is like going to McDonald's. There are no surprises, you know exactly what you're gonna get. Yet year after year, people retain interest in AC/DC & they are massively popular.
Maybe this comparison helps. And I get it, there are a lot of women in XXX who don't do much for me, but are very popular. But questioning why a drop-dead gorgeous performer like Audrey is popular is kind of strange to me.

Porn isn't music, but I understand the point you're trying to make. My point was that you seem to be taking an issue that someone even questioned why she's still popular. There are plenty of reasons to question, some of which you just laid out.
Look, Audrey has been getting the same criticism about her for her entire career. She doesn't do BBG. She doesn't do IR. She doesn't do this. All she does is the same vanilla BG, BGG, and GG scenes. She doesn't even do rough scenes. I've been seeing people say all of the above about her for 20 years. And they're valid criticisms. And just as equally, it's her choice to not do them.

Do people go to McDonald's and then complain that they aren't able to purchase items that aren't on the menu? You can criticize McDonald's for net selling pizza, hot dogs, or popcorn, but you're wasting your breath.
A lot of porn fans are absolutely insufferable when an actress doesn't do certain scenes or acts. And as someone else pointed out Audrey has been doing rimming scenes lately, so I'm thankful for that.

She gets fans because they like her look, or whatever. Those fans will inevitably want to see her do sex acts they like. If she doesn't, they'll become disappointed, lost interest, and move on to someone else. Audrey seems to be one of the rare exceptions to that. That's fine. A dude doesn't understand how she remained popular despite never changing anything up. That's fine too.
Sure, porn fans 'move on.' That's why there are so many threads here for actresses who retired 10+ years ago inquiring about her well-being, or if she's doing anything, even if it's just OF content or an active social media presence.
