Hi - I've tried to look for the answer in the forums, and on the website but I couldn't find anything close! Forgive me if I've missed something.
I would like to buy a second hand dvd from a seller on Adult DVD Marketplace.
But I can't register. Registration appears to be only available to americans. Is this the case? If it is closed to non-americans?
thanks

Adult DVD Marketplace got back to me.
No - they don't sell to Non-USA countries.
Apparently to keep their shipping costs down.
Which is odd as the customer pays shipping costs.

sir wankalot - thank you! yes - Adult DVD Empire and XRent DVD do sell and ship to the much of the planet!
I often get annoyed with US companies that couldn't give a damn about any other place in the world - so it's great to see that there are some american companies that are happy to do business with non-americans.
thanks again.

I am in South Africa, and used to use LasersEdge, but they closed. Have been using Gamelink, and they have all the latest titles and ship via UPS and FedEx. Ordered some DVD's on Monday, and they arrived on the Thursday of the same week

Your characterization of "US companies that couldn't give a damn about any other place in the world" is grossly unfair.
There are many reasons companies decide not to pursue international business.
The two most significant are:
(1) They don't see how to do it profitably.
(2) Fear of prosecution and legal issues (not the least of which may be from the U.S. government itself).
Did you know that, many companies have states, counties and zip codes right here in the U.S. that they will not ship to?
Do you think it's because they "don't give a damn"?
I guarantee you that, in ALL cases, if doing a certain business is profitable and there are is no fear of being prosecuted out of existence (i.e. win or lose, you're still out of business), companies would sell and ship anything to anyone, anywhere.

Also, Adult DVD Marketplace has a high percentage of individuals selling, not just companies. I can't see your standard individual wanting to deal with foreign sales.

We ship anywhere, even to those places in the US.
They do like the weird stuff there though.
