Did you know that, many companies have states, counties and zip codes right here in the U.S. that they will not ship to? Do you think it's because they "don't give a damn"? I guarantee you that, in ALL cases, if doing a certain business is profitable and there are is no fear of being prosecuted out of existence (i.e. win or lose, you're still out of business), companies would sell and ship anything to anyone, anywhere.
