I think it's more than that the last 10 years or so... Women have been in the workplace for a long time - working in munitions factories during the world wars, and having careers since the 1950s (when reliable birth control became available), and no reasonable man has resented women for having careers earned through hard work and talent, and porn wasn't this hateful in the 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s. The last 10 years though there's been this narrative going round that men have actively worked to oppress women throughout all of history, and that any sign of male assertiveness, competitiveness, pursuit of women, etc, is deemed 'toxic masculinity'. Look at the metoo movement and all that shit. Male-Female equality is a good thing, but now it's becoming emasculating that even being male is considered 'toxic', and I think this hateful angry porn may be the result of that. There's people even trying to say that biological sex don't exist! Madness man.

Angela White, another rare exception, is an entrepreneur as much as a performer, and she's still quite young and her career trajectory is still quite short in the scheme of things, even if she's not a kid in porn terms.
Before anyone gets worked up about her retirement, consider the source. Is the "realpornwikileaks" known for journalistic integrity?

For me the clue was in the title of the article! For someone to 'announce' their retirement needs an 'announcement'. There's not been one. That article was based on her supposed 'quiet' conversations with people and cancelling filming.
