The social constructs of race trump the genetics of someone for most people. These social constructs can influence who works with who for various reasons. I know everyone in this thread is aware of this so why gaslight? ^ August Ames passed away in 2017 (May she rest in peace). According to IAFD, M. Dupree is still active as of 2023 & has shot dozens, if not hundreds of scenes since then. So I'm gonna say him being blacklisted is categorically false.
^ iafd is not a reliable source on actors being active or not.
At least he hasn't been in a mainstream scene for quite some time. If IAFD sees a compilation movie released in 2023, it also flags the actor in it as being active in that year.
If I look at the iafd credits for Markus, all I see are either compilations, best-of webscenes or DVDs, for example Baby Got Boobs 29 from brazzers, but the Brazzers DVDs only recycle scenes released years ago.
He hasn't filmed a mainstream scene since the start of 2020. Autumn was announced as a Brazzers contract star, literally one scene was released, and then she and Markus (who was also a Brazzers contract star) vanished from the website and all mainstream porn.
It's unknown if he was blacklisted finally or he and Autumn voluntarily withdrew from the mainstream industry to film Onlyfans scenes. But the truth of the matter is neither have released a mainstream scene in four years. I believe the last one for them was her Camsoda anal scene.

^ OK, so even if he hasn't filmed any mainstream scenes since 2020 (when the pandemic shut just about everything down), doesn't indicate that he was blacklisted. We don't know if voluntarily stepped back or was indeed blacklisted by the studios (which I doubt).
Ppl saying that he was blacklisted don't have any supporting facts. Therefore, it's all speculation.

It's likely both. Markus was already on a few girl's no-list and the August Ames story had to have put him on more. While that incident was only shared to distract from a journalist's podcast on her that painted people closer to her in a negative light, there's no reason to believe it wasn't true. On camera, he's not exactly a gentleman with the women. Would that have gotten him on some industry wide blacklist? I'd be surprised if such a thing existed, but if it did, probably not. He wasn't directly involved with August taking her life (that shoot occurred several months before she did). There are men in this line of work with restraining orders and violent criminal histories that continue to be prolific in mainstream shooting with big companies. The self-produced/indie space is an even bigger wild west. There will always be someone who doesn't know or doesn't care.
The fact that he didn't just switch to only shooting for Vogov or OF does suggest he's aware he crossed some lines and wanted to step back. He's still doing B/G and B/G/G scenes with Autumn. The latter features some established names like Angela White, Violet Myers and Sky Bri, so it's not like he couldn't have found girls to work with. Yeah, those women are probably first and foremost there for Autumn, but they didn't have to shoot with him. She's doing lots of G/G stuff.
