I would much rather sit through two hrs of AVN than say the Grammys on CBS or the EMMYs on ABC. Good stuff, I was wondering how it would look and flow on tv, but it came out top notch. Thoughts? | Flojangles Member 43 Posts 7/07 | Posted - Mar 16 2008 : 11:59AM I was mostly impressed by the fact that adult films are coming up so high - Having the AVN awards televised nationally is a big step, and I think that everyone's performance was impressive, and not as trashy as the average person would probably expect of the AVNs. The jokes were (mostly) funny, the winners were classy, and I overall enjoyed watching it. Perhaps next year I will get a chance to actually attend, but I am glad that there is now an outlet for the average porn fan to be involved. Maybe a DVD could be released so we can actually see the "real" version :-) [Link] |
